Grey Matter is French grey sea salt in all its beautifully unpolished glory. Traditionally harvested from coastal salt beds, its naturally grey crystals retain moisture and bring a clean, briny salinity with more character than your everyday table salt.

Use it while cooking or pinch it over a finished dish. It’s especially good with meat, seafood, roasted vegetables, potatoes, eggs, and fresh bread. And a little over chocolate never hurt anybody.
