Organic Da Hong Pao Oolong Tea

Oolong lives somewhere between green and black tea, and frankly, it seems perfectly happy there. Partial oxidation gives the leaves more depth than a typical green tea while keeping a lighter, more aromatic character than most black teas.

The result is a layered cup that can move between floral, gently sweet and softly toasted notes, with the flavor developing as the leaves open.

Give them room, don't rush the steep, and absolutely go back for another infusion. Good oolong rarely tells you everything the first time.
