Cardamom Seeds

Floral. Citrusy. Warm. Cardamom doesn't really do subtle.

These are the aromatic seeds found inside cardamom pods, ready to grind, crush or infuse without having to crack the pods yourself. Their flavor is intensely fragrant—warm and slightly sweet with citrusy, floral and almost eucalyptus-like notes.

Crush them into chai and coffee, grind them into baked goods and spice blends, or add them to rice, curries, syrups and desserts. A little can completely change the direction of a dish.

Which is convenient, because a little is usually all you need.
