Made from organic lemon peel, these dried granules bring the bright, aromatic character of fresh lemon zest in a pantry-ready form.

The granulated texture makes them especially good for tea blends, seasoning blends and marinades, but they’re just as useful in cookies, cakes and muffins or tossed into dressings, sauces, chicken and seafood.

Use about ½ teaspoon in place of the zest of one fresh lemon, then adjust to taste.
