This is the cinnamon you probably already know—just in a form that gives you a little more to do with it. Korintje cinnamon has the sweet, mellow warmth and familiar aroma most associated with cinnamon in American kitchens, with a smooth spice that plays nicely with both sweet and savory flavors.

Our ¼-inch cut pieces are made for steeping, simmering and infusing. Add them to tea, chai, cider or mulled drinks; simmer them into syrups, sauces and stews; or use them anywhere you want cinnamon flavor without reaching for the ground stuff.
