Known as Jin Hou, Golden Monkey is a specialty Chinese black tea originating from the Fujian and Yunnan provinces of China. Each spring, the tea is carefully hand-processed using tender pluckings of one leaf and one bud, producing large leaves threaded with distinctive golden tips.

The cup is full-bodied yet remarkably smooth, with cocoa undertones, honeyed sweetness and a soft hint of peach, finished with a rich, almost creamy texture.
